Sales & Business Development

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Plan and manage product sales & development according to an agreed market development strategy.

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Respond to and follow up sales enquires using appropriate methods and in an appropriate time limit.

Maintains sound professional relationships with assigned key accounts through regularly planned calls & visits

Prepare periodic sales reports to management.

Coordinate with sales manager to develop sales to expand market and business.

Implement, and evaluate sales plans & route plans

Forecast, monitor and evaluate own performance in achieving sales targets

Prepare and present proposals and quotations to customers for the supply of products and services

Persyaratan:

Attractive, proportional & professional appeal

Strong Vendor Management & Marketing.

Proficiency in English is a plus

Good communication and 'people' skills.

Strong commitment to customer service.

Strong creative troubleshooting skill

Ability to work independently as well as a team.

A keen interest to work in the FMCG Beverage for Horeca & Health Industry

Understand the principles of product offer and development, features-benefits-solutions selling, execution & closing deals

Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.

Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts

Extensive networks in F&B , HORECA, Health Industry is preferred
