Provide leadership for all staff to ensure they do a fantastic job for our clients
Set the company culture
Train and mentor staff to help grow their career
Day to day management and decision making for the company
Define and refine processes and policies as needed
Make new sales and manage existing Indonesian clients
Persyaratan:
A solid understanding of web software development
3+ years managing a technology business with more than 30 staff
10+ years of work experience (ideally 15 or more years)
Has been successful growing a business
True leadership experience. Setting the company culture then mentoring and motivating staff to be high performers
Experience creating a marketing plan, finding leads, and achieving sales targets
Experience managing customer accounts
Excellent written and oral communication, both English and Indonesian
Hard working, good attitude, open and honest with high integrity
A bachelors degree
Experience working for a western company company, or working overseas, would be a big advantage
