Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Coordinating with line managers to have full knowledge of jobs and positions requirements in Retail business.
  • Familiar to conduct recruitment process for managerial level or above.
  • Support his/her superior on finishing daily routine administration tasks or helping out on project basis.
  • Conducting resourcing using good networking and an up dated data base systems
  • Organizing and monitoring complete selection processes
  • Developing recruitment strategies to achieve recruitment targets
  • Collaborated with the University to supply national needs and Outside
  • Designing and running the program Employer Branding initiatives across For University and Outside


Persyaratan:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or as Psychologist.
  • Required skill(s): Psychological testing.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or Management Trainee or at least 3 years
  • Having working experience background in Retail company or Fast Moving Consumer Good company is a must.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or in an executive search business.
  • Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or Organizational Development/Change Management.
  • Willing to work with daily administration tasks.
  • Capable in Training and Presentations as a career plan to be developed in other HR department.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Good communication skill with high work speed.
  • Persevarance in under pressure situation
  • Willing to pass up traveling throughout Indonesia
  • Care Indonesia and spirited independence. Preferably they ever extracurricular activities that are volunteer / community / social.
